Queen Elizabeth national park is found in southwestern Uganda and it was named after the queen Elizabeth 11 in 1954.the park is found in an area covering over 1,900 square kilometers and has two lakes crater namely; Edward and George which are connected by the kazinga channel.

The park stretches into a beautiful treasures of green savannah vegetation, equatorial rain forest and Lake George and Edward. The most common mammals here are hippos, buffaloes, antelopes, African elephants, warthogs, Nile crocodile, hyenas, African lions. The kyambura gorge harbors a small population of chimpanzee and other primates.

Day 1: travel to Queen Elizabeth national park.

have the easily morning breakfast as you wait for your guide/ driver to pick you up at exactly 6:30am to begin the journey to queen Elizabeth national park, you normally begin the journey early so as to beat the traffic jam. Drive to western Uganda on mbarara-masaka highway, besides that, you will have a stopover at the Uganda equator for photo and refreshments.  Continue to mbarara town and have lunch at igongo cultural center, continue to Queen Elizabeth in the early evening do a game drive, after check in the booked lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning game drive with afternoon boat cruise

The breakfast, and then later, set out in search of the morning rises and exciting game drive along the kazinga channel or kasenyi trails there is a great opportunity of seeing the various animals like waterbucks, Uganda kobs, elephants, lions, warthogs as well as birds.  During the game drive you will be able to see the number of wildlife in there hunting sprees. Because the cats are usually around the morning time when they hunting. After the drive return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

Later in the afternoon you will have the evening boat cruise on the kazinga channel for about 2 hours. During the boat cruising you will spot some certain animals like Nile crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, warthogs, elephants, kobs among others and also collection of birds like the kingfishers, pink backed pelican  on the banks and in trees.

Have dinner and overnight.

Day 3: departure to Kampala

With the superb memories of the past two days, you will enjoy a heavy and tasty breakfast. Then check out of the hotel, you could choose to have primate walk or not in the park. Enjoy your lunch still along the way, also have stopover at mpambire drum center where the local drums are made from and you can still buy some of them. Continue to Kampala in the late evening, your driver will drop you at the hotel or at Entebbe airport
