Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will be picked up from your hotel in Kampala or at Entebbe Airport by our safari driver-guide. You will be briefed about the Uganda safari and then continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park with a stop at the equator for impressive photography. Proceed to the park and arrive in the afternoon; check into your lodge, have lunch and relax a bit.
Later, go for an evening game drive in the park. Back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Elephant Hub, mid-range. Mweya safari lodge – Luxury

Day 2: Chimpanzee tracking and drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast at the lodge, then be transferred to the park headquarters for a short briefing about chimp tracking rules and regulations. After the briefing, you will be accompanied by the park rangers to search for chimpanzee individuals. Once you allocate them, you will be allowed an hour to spend with them, observing their behaviours, habits, and play as well as capturing videos. Connect to the lodge to have lunch and rest a bit.
Later, embark on the boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you will be able to spot various water species such as crocodiles, hippos, kingfishers, cattle egrets, and flamingos, among others.

Day 3: Morning drive in Queen and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After morning coffee or tea with delicious snacks, embark on the morning game drive en route in the Ishasha sector. Expecting to see the unique tree-climbing lions among other animal species. After, proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to endangered African mountain gorillas, among other primates, to see, like, the red-tailed monkeys and black-and-white monkeys. Day 4: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
You will enjoy an early morning breakfast at the lodge and be transferred to the park headquarters for the briefing about the rules and expectations of gorilla trekking. After the briefing, you will be escorted by the park ranger through the forest trails to look for these gentle giants. On finding them, you will be given an hour to observe their behaviour, habits, feeding, play, grooming their younger ones, and enjoying taking photos.
After gorilla trekking, you will hike back to the meeting point to be rewarded with your gorilla certificate. Connect to your lodge for relaxation or opt to visit the Batwa community for a cultural experience. Have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5: Departure to Entebbe Airport
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the lodge before departing back to your final destination. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at any convenient place in Kampala or Entebbe. End of the 5 Days Uganda Gorillas and Wildlife Safari.
