You will participate in a game drive and a boat cruise to explore the diverse wildlife population in Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will also visit Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee trekking. You will visit Bwindi Impenetrable National Park while on the 5 Days of Queen Elizabeth National Park Safaris, and while at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, you will carry out a chimpanzee trek and also visit the Batwa community.

Detailed itinerary for the 5 Days of Queen Elizabeth National Park Safaris
Day 1: Pick up from a hotel in Kampala and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You will have an early morning breakfast at the hotel in Kampala, and our company representative guide will pick you up from the lodge and transfer you to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a stopover at the equator monument at Kayabwe, where you will take pictures and buy souvenirs. You will then head to Mbarara, where you will have lunch at a hotel. You will then continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will arrive in the evening, check into a lodge, have a bath, and be served dinner. You will then get to bed for your night’s rest after dinner.

Day 2: Morning game drive and a boat cruise
You will have breakfast, and after breakfast, you will go for a morning game drive after a briefing. You will be able to spot the tree-climbing lions and a variety of animal species like the leopards, elephants, bushbucks, warthogs, buffaloes and many more. The game drive will take approximately 3 to 4 hours, and you will conduct it from the Kasenyi plains. You will get back to the lodge, have lunch, and then go for a boat cruise.
The boat cruise will be done at the Kazinga Channel, and you will be able to see the hippos, crocodiles and several bird species. The boat cruise will take place with the company of a guide, and it will last for about 2 to 3 hours. You will get back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
You will have breakfast, and the guide will take you to the park headquarters for a briefing. You will then go for chimpanzee trekking. You will only be permitted to stay with the chimpanzees for one hour in their natural habitat. Spotting them may take you about 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on their location. You will have the chance to see the chimpanzees feed, play and much more. You will get back to the lodge after the chimpanzee trekking experience, and then you will have lunch
Once you are done having lunch, you will check out of the lodge, and then you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will check into a lodge at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, and you will later in the evening. You will then retire to bed.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking and a Batwa cultural experience
You will have breakfast, and the guide will take you for a briefing. After the briefing, you will head for gorilla trekking. You will spend one hour with the Uganda gorillas after spotting them. Finding them will take you about 30 minutes to 7 hours, depending on their location. You will observe how they play, feed and much more. You will take pictures of the gorillas, and then you will go back to the lodge.
Lunch will be served at the lodge, and then you will go for a Uganda cultural tour at the Batwa community. You will spend about 3 hours as you learn about the culture and traditions of the Batwa. You will learn how to prepare their local dishes, how they dance and learn about their traditional hunting and food-gathering skills. You will be transferred back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5: Depart for Kampala
You will have breakfast and then check out of the lodge. You will be transferred back to Kampala. You will have an en route lunch on your way back to Kampala.
