Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up from Entebbe airport and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for a night game drive
On day 1 of the 5 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park wildlife and Lake Bunyonyi safari, you will meet up with a representative guide from Chopper tour and travel. The guide will take you through the safari details, and then you will start your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will have a stopover at Amabere Ga Nyinamwiru for a Uganda tour around the caves, and you will also have the opportunity to see the craters near it. You will have lunch at a hotel in Fort Portal and then proceed to the park.
On arrival, you will check into a lodge and then go for a briefing at the park headquarters before you set off for a night game drive. You will be accompanied by an armed ranger guide to engage in the night game drive that will grant you the opportunity to see many nocturnal animals like the lions, leopards, serval cats, hyenas, civets, among others. You will then head back to the lodge, have dinner and have your night rest

Day 2: Morning game drive and a boat cruise
On day 2 of the safari, you will have an early morning breakfast and then get transferred by the guide from the lodge to the park headquarters for a briefing. After briefing, you will then set off with the guide for a morning game drive. The morning game drive grants you the opportunity to spot several wildlife species being as they are more active in the morning hours. You will get the chance to spot animals like the buffaloes, elephants, leopards, bushbucks, warthogs, bush pigs, Uganda kobs and many more. The guide will then lead you back to the lodge, and you relax.
In the afternoon, you will have your lunch meal, and after that, the guide will transfer you to the headquarters for a briefing. You will get the guidelines on how a boat cruise is conducted at Queen Elizabeth National Park, and then you will go for the boat cruise with a guide. The boat cruise along the Kazinga channel in Queen Elizabeth National Park will enable you to spot animals like the hippos and crocodiles, and those along the shores like the buffaloes, elephants and many more. The boat cruise will take about 2 hours, and then you will return to the lodge and freshen up.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
On day 3 of the 5 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park wildlife and lake Bunyonyi safari, you will have breakfast and then go for a briefing about a chimpanzee trek. After the session, you will then go with an armed ranger guide to conduct the chimpanzee trek of about 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the location of the chimpanzees. You will come across other wildlife species, including mammals, birds and primates. Once you find the chimpanzees, you will spend an hour with them as you study how they feed, play, breastfeed and many more. You will also be granted the chance to capture moments, and then you will be returned to the lodge by the guide.
You will check out of the lodge, and then the guide will transfer you to Lake Bunyonyi with a stopover for lunch. You will get a lodge where you will stay at night, and it’s where you will have your dinner.

Day 4: Canoeing at Lake Bunyonyi and a cultural tour
On day 4 of the 5 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park wildlife and lake Bunyonyi safari, you will have breakfast at the lodge, and then a guide will transfer you to lake Bunyonyi for canoeing. You will have the opportunity to explore the several islands that are at Lake Bunyonyi, and after the canoeing experience, you will head for lunch at the lodge.
After lunch, you will head with the guide for a Uganda cultural tour. At the cultural tour, you will get a chance to interact with the Batwa pygmies and get to know about their culture. They will engage you in various activities like learning their hunting skills and how they prepare their local dishes, and many more. In the late evening, you will have dinner and retire to bed.

Day 5: Transfer back to Entebbe airport
